Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Çağ Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret ("Çağ Tekstil", Barakfakih OIZ District, 8th Street No: 1, Kestel / Bursa) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The name, company name, phone, e-mail and message information you share through our contact and quote forms are processed to respond to your product/swatch requests, prepare corporate price quotes and carry out commercial communication processes.
3. Transfer and Security of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and is stored on our secure server infrastructure.
4. Your Rights Under KVKK
You can send your requests under Article 11 of KVKK to us in writing via our e-mail address info@cagtextile.com.tr or our head office address at Bursa Kestel OIZ.
